5. Requesting a Coaching Session:
   a. To request a coaching session, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of completing the course.
   b. Our team will assist you in scheduling the coaching session at a mutually convenient time.
6. Exclusions:
   a. The refund policy does not apply to courses provided free of charge.
   b. The refund policy does not cover instances of misconduct or violation of our terms of service.
